After waiting entirely too long, I finally re-edited “Overcome” which is a vid using only ROTK scenes. The pacing is deliberately slow and although I waited a long time to complete it, I’m very pleased with it. Since the vid has been recognized by Muse and Frozen Tears, I hope they enjoy the newer version. I stayed very true to the first cut, only changing a few scenes to help the flow.

You’ll find a new LOST rec by Di on the recs page. This is a full out action vid focusing on Jack. I don’t know how she does it, but I swear Jack gets hotter with every vid Di makes. This is definitely a keeper just for the editing (especially the sequence you’ll know when you see it) alone!

I finally finished the Harry Potter vid I’ve been working on. While this isn’t a quick edited vid, I’m pleased with it. This song is used in the trailer for the movie Everything is Illuminated and it’s just a hauntingly gorgeous song that eerily fits the Harry Potter fandom. I wanted this vid to be both moody and whimsical, just as Harry’s life has been. I limited the clips of Dumbledore to the first two HP movies, so if it’s a little light on DD, that’s why.
