I finally took the time to do something I should have done long ago. I added two new recs to the ZeroMuch Recs page.

“Smooth Criminal” is a piece of editing genius from Di. The movie is an original pick, the music could have been a disastrous choice in the hands of a less-talented vidder, and MY WORD does she bring it all together in the most amazing way!

“They” is just flat-out the best LOST vid I’ve ever seen. Meghan is the vidder and she has created a surreal vid full of wonder, intrigue, sadness, and FUN. How do those go together? Watch this vid, you’ll see!

I just uploaded “Fix You” to the Misc. Movie Vids page. This is an incredibly sad song that pretty much made the vid itself. It’s the most Obi-Wan-centric vid I’ve made, but it shows a bit of Qui-Gon and Anakin, of course. I hope you like it.

I’ve just added “Burn” to the collection of Anakin vids I’m apparently making. The song, “Burn”, goes on forever if you let it, so fans of NIN might notice I lopped off about 45 secs. This is definitely not a “feel good” vid, so be warned. :razz:

I’ve just added one more Star Wars vid. “Giving In” is an Anakin/Palpatine vid which is very spoilery if you haven’t seen RotS. The picture quality is lower than I prefer, but unless you want an 80MB .mpeg (and I don’t think you do), the .wmv version is still pretty watchable. The song is about twice as long as I would have liked, and I think some of the message of the vid gets lost somewhat. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy it!

I seem to have a bit of a crush on Anakin. I just added “Incomplete” to the Misc. Movie Vids page. Don’t let the musical artist fool you, the song really works for Anakin.

It is with extreme pleasure I present my newest vid, “Not Enough“. It’s an Anakin Skywalker vid which may be somewhat spoilery if you haven’t seen Revenge of the Sith. Due to the changing aspect ratios in footage, it may look a little stretched in places and the final scenes are rather dark–both in subject and light. I hope you like it!

The version of WP powering the site has been upgraded again, though you probably won’t notice any change. It has, however, gotten me thinking about a “real” site upgrade. I haven’t added descriptions for each vid as I had intended, so I think I’ll get on it right away. The “Search” function really serves no purpose if I don’t add something for each vid, so I’ll be busy upgrading each vid post. Then I’m going to vid. Like crazy. :P

I just added “There And Back Again” to the LOTR Relationship Vids page. The song is actually “Thirty-Three” by Smashing Pumpkins. The vid focuses on Frodo and Bilbo’s relationship and the fate they share. It’s a very mellow vid, and I really like the way it turned out. Hope you like.

As it turns out, my next vid will be a LOTR vid. Hints? It’s a melancholy, Hobbit-centric vid which uses a very important title from the “book”.
